Subprocessors

To operate GIF it - AI yourself into GIFs (the "App"), we use a small number of third-party service providers ("subprocessors") that process data on our behalf. Each subprocessor is contractually required to protect your data, to use it only to perform the services we request, and to provide protections at least equal to those in our Privacy Policy.

OpenAI

Purpose: AI image generation. Data received: The photo you provide — or an AI-stylized version of it — for the duration of processing. Website: https://openai.com · Privacy Policy: https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy.

Viggle

Purpose: AI animation of generated images. Data received: The image to be animated, for the duration of processing. Website: https://viggle.ai · Privacy Policy: https://viggle.ai/privacy.

Modal

Purpose: Cloud infrastructure and compute that hosts our server-side processing. Data received: Images and requests transmitted to our server during processing. Website: https://modal.com · Privacy Policy: https://modal.com/legal/privacy.

GIPHY

Purpose: Supplies source GIFs, stickers, and similar content. Data received: Your search terms and certain technical information (such as IP address and device data). We may add, remove, or replace subprocessors as the App evolves. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate or legally required, provide additional notice.
